Theano Villa is located in Triopetra with a frontal sea view of the Libyan sea, within walking distance to Small Triopetra beach and with sunset views. The next beach over is Triopetra beach with its crystal waters named after the three majestic rocks that rise from the sea. Free sunbeds are provided at Triopetra beach where the villa owner’s tavern Apotheke is situated.

The village of Spili is a 30 minute drive and offers amenities such as bank, supermarkets, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, medical centre and more.  A mini market and bakery is available in the nearby village of Akoumia 11 km from the villa.
